The rates have only increased this year due to the VAT increase. Aside from that, this price will not rise in the coming years.

High season: June 1 to October 1

The rates apply to an overnight stay with made-up beds, towel package, private bathroom with shower and toilet, tourist tax, use of WIFI, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, and kettle. By default, 4 coffee capsules and various loose teas are provided.
Breakfast is not included but can be provided on request for €17.50 per person per morning for the number of mornings you specify. The supermarket is within a 5-minute walk.
